We are looking for a high-caliber self-oriented sales/business development expert to join us to handle the inbound leads related to digital marketing services, Web design, Web development, Content writing, Graphic designing, and Digital marketing training.

Responsibilities

1. Speak to the leads generated through online marketing by the digital marketing teams and convert them. You will have to handle the leads related to digital marketing services and Digital marketing training.
2. Maintain healthy and professional relationships with the client
3. Speak to past customers for feedback to constantly improve the system, services, etc
4. Create the communications and process in the organization about the way how clients and leads are handled
5. Onboard the freelance writers from the process or tools taught by the digital marketing teams
6. Manage or handle the communications with the vendors and maintain good relationships with them so that they constantly support our system and services effectively.
7. Send emails and messages on various platforms as part of business development.

Education

MBA, or any degree with the acumen for selling and marketing digital marketing services.
