Social media deals with activities on various platforms catering to the business and engaging with them through various types of content regularly to grow the social base, engagement, leads, and sales as defined for the business.

One is responsible for devising the strategies to execute and achieve the desired results, constantly researching, staying up to date with the industry, tools, and practices, and implementing the best on all social media platforms.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

1. Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g., customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers, category/in)

2. Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed
3. Research and administer social media tools daily in support of clients’ social media strategy

5. Monitor and evaluate social media results daily in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
6. Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results
7. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
8. Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

Professional Skills and Qualifications

• Mass communications or any degree
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of creative designs and should be able to design on canvas and other similar tools.
• Good oral and written communication
