• Issues caused by external factors such as incompatibility, user error, or internet problems are not eligible for a refund.

• If we cancel any class, you will be eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of canceled classes.
• Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or attend a replacement class.

If you are unable to attend or discontinue the program, no refund will be issued.

Products or services purchased with a discount exceeding 20% are strictly non-refundable.
