All sales of templates are final, and you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Templates are considered digital products, and due to their nature, we cannot reverse access once the purchase is made. Please carefully review the product details before purchase.
2. Training Programs:
Refund eligibility is subject to the following:
- If you have attended more than four (4) classes, the program is considered utilized, and you are not eligible for a refund.
- Accessing any part of the training materials (videos, notes, or exercises) makes you ineligible for a refund.
This policy is to ensure fair usage and prevent exploitation of our content.
3. Technical Issues or Flaws:
- Refunds will be processed only after a thorough investigation confirms the issue.
- Issues caused by external factors such as incompatibility, user error, or internet problems are not eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellation of Classes:
- If we cancel any class, you will be eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of canceled classes.
- Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or attend a replacement class.
5. Non-Attendance or Discontinuation:
- If you are unable to attend or discontinue the program, no refund will be issued.
6. Discounted Products or Services:
- Products or services purchased with a discount exceeding 20% are strictly non-refundable.
